1. Delivery of Goods and Acceptance – Transfer of Risk

1.1. The Site indicates the availability of Products and their delivery times; however, such information is to be considered purely indicative and not binding on the Seller.

1.2. The Seller is committed to making every effort to meet the delivery times indicated on the Site and, in any case, to deliver within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of sending the Order Confirmation to the Consumer. If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order due to the unavailability, even temporarily, of the Product, the Seller will provide written notice to the Consumer and proceed with the refund of any amounts already paid by the Consumer for the purchase of the Product. If the Consumer has chosen bank transfer as the payment method, the delivery term will start from the receipt of payment by the Seller.

1.3. The shipment of Products ordered by the Consumer will occur according to the method selected by the Consumer from those available and indicated on the Site at the time of order submission. Delivery will occur during normal working hours. The Seller will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Products within the time indicated in the Order Confirmation. However, any estimated date or time of delivery will be indicative only. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages suffered by the Consumer due to delays in the delivery of the Products, unless the delay is attributable to the Seller’s fraud or negligence. The Consumer can check the shipping status of the Products at any time by entering the tracking number directly on the carrier’s website.

1.4. The risk of loss or accidental deterioration of the Products will pass to the Consumer when the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the Products. However, if the Consumer has chosen the carrier for the delivery of the Products, the risk will pass to the Consumer at the time of delivery of the Products to the carrier, without prejudice to the Consumer’s rights against the carrier. It is important to note that, regarding the transfer of risk, refusal or delay in accepting the Products by the Consumer will be considered equivalent to delivery.

1.5. The Consumer agrees to promptly and as soon as possible check that the delivery includes all and only the Products purchased and to promptly inform the Seller of any defects in the received Products or any discrepancies from the order made, following the procedure outlined in Article 8 of these general terms and conditions of sale. In the absence of such communication, the Products will be considered accepted. If the packaging or wrapping of the Products ordered by the Consumer is visibly damaged upon arrival, the Consumer is advised to refuse the delivery from the carrier/shipper or to accept it “subject to inspection.”

  1. Prices and Shipping Costs

2.1. The price of the Products is the one indicated on the Site at the time of the Consumer’s order submission. Prices include packaging costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the type of delivery selected during the order checkout and are summarized in the Order Confirmation sent by the Seller to the Consumer, which the Consumer agrees to pay to the Seller. For purchases with delivery in Italy, shipping costs are borne by the Seller.

2.2. The Consumer must pay the Seller the total price, as reported on the order checkout page and in the Order Confirmation sent via email by the Seller to the Consumer.
